Planes, Ferries and a sweet lil ride - 21/03/09




After searching the length of the west coast for a suitable replacement for lil' Bubblicious, I settled on buying something less expensive, but still high on the "fun" factor.


Thing is, this car was located on Vancouver Island and for me to get there in a timely manner in order to purchase it and be back in Van for the evening, I had to fly.



So immediately, I booked a seat on a small plane that took me over some stunning scenery. Then spent a few hours arranging the sale, after which I drove about 150kms to a ferry, sailed back to the mainland and arriving at home in time to meet friends for dinner.



I'm hugely happy to have a car again and especially a convertible for the summer. On top of that, I loved the mini-adventure I had today - every vista was stunning, both from the air and on the sea. What a gorgeous part of the world this is...
