Jingle... 15/12/'07

I wasn't expecting to be in Vancouver this late in December, but was happy to be so as I was able to get out to my pal Jason Crosby's party (this is a different Jason from my last post).

To honor the event, I decided myself and friend Joel should attend in costumes, so we donned our gay apparel (oi!) of metallic red spandex pants and jackets, green socks and somewhat disrespectful custom made t-shirts.

Before the party we hit a local fave restaurant and within seconds, everyone in the place needed to know who we were - and as each table left, they would make a point to come by ours and tell us they wished they could dress as we did. I offered to trade wardrobe on the spot, but their bravery diminished instantly.

We arrived at Jason's place with hands full of roman candles, which I've never used before and have to say I want to again and again and again - I love how they shoot up into the sky, along the roads and off the sides of houses...

Inside the party, we were a bit more sedate, enjoying the company of wonderful friends, but still keeping our "silly" cranked high.

Thanks Joel for participating in the night and Jason - HUGE thanks for your amazing hospitality and fun!
